Our story is not about us. It is about every donor whose sincerity made it possible, and every family whose name we will never know.
The Beginning
It started with one well.
In 2007, our founder visited a village in northern Mali where children walked four hours each morning for water that made them sick. He came home, sold his car, and built one well.
Within months, friends asked to help. Then their friends. Seventeen years later, we are still that — a community of believers, building, drilling, feeding, teaching.

A small idea
Founded in a London living room with three volunteers and one well in Mali.

First emergency response
Deployed to the Syria crisis — 12,000 food parcels in our first month.

Hit our first major milestone, with annual transparency audits established.

Convened a permanent Shariah board to certify Zakat eligibility.
